Dear Customer,

Please find below information just received in a notice from CMA CGM:

Due to significantly reduced water levels in the St. Lawrence River, CMA CGM Inc will be implementing a Low Water Surcharge (LWS) on all exports loading out of Port of Montreal as well as Imports loading from North Europe destined to the Port of Montreal:

Details are as follows:
• Effective Date November 10th 2024:
• From : All ports – Worldwide TO: Montreal, QC (CAMTR)
• From : Montreal, QC (CAMTR)TO: All ports – Worldwide
• Quantum: USD 150/TEU (all types of equipment, except OOG and BBK)
• Commodity and Cargo type: All commodities and equipment types
